Who can apply
Bootstrapped and self-funded startups qualify for the Start tier (up to $2,000 in Google Cloud credits). Seed to Series A funded startups qualify for the Scale tier (up to $100,000-$200,000 over 2 years). Must be founded within the last 5 years, have an active domain, and not have received prior Google Cloud startup credits exceeding tier limits.

Google for Startups Cloud Program
The Google for Startups Cloud Program helps eligible startups build and scale faster with Google Cloud credits, technical training, Google AI products, and access to startup experts. Startups from partner incubators and accelerators can receive Google Cloud credits starting at $25,000 USD and up to $350,000 USD, subject to eligibility and approval by Google Cloud.
The program supports startups with tools to innovate quickly across Gemini models, AI Studio, Vertex AI, GKE, BigQuery, Looker, Cloud Run, and more, helping teams move from code to production faster while accessing secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.

Pre-funded startups may be eliiglbe* for
$2,000 USD Google Cloud credits valid for 1 year
12 months of Business Plus on Google Workspace (for new signups only)
$600 in monthly Google Maps Platform credits for 12 months

Startups from partner accelerator programs in the last 3 years can apply for

Seed to Series A-funded startups may be eligible* for
$100,000 USD Google Cloud credits ($250,000 if AI-first) valid for 1 year
20% of usage covered with credits up to another $100,000 USD in Year 2
