Data Deletion

You can remove the data SupaBird holds about you at any time, in any of these ways.

1. Disconnect a social account

In SupaBird, go to Account → My Socials and click the trash icon next to the account. We immediately delete the access token and profile details (username, name, profile picture) we store for that account.

2. Remove SupaBird from Instagram, Threads or Facebook

• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → SupaBird → Remove

• Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions → SupaBird → Remove

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → SupaBird → Remove

Meta notifies us when you do this, and we automatically delete the data linked to that account.

3. Delete your SupaBird account

In SupaBird, go to Account → Profile & Billing → Delete Account. We delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, billing records).
